David Weissman's choice to portray the height of the SF AIDS epidemic through half a dozen interviews reminds those who were there of the horror & tenderness of the era. He picked a great articulate group of folks to interview who are all poetic & clear about their experiences. The younger viewers in the audience at the premiere found it a compelling of life before their arrival.
